What we collect
When you place an order we collect the name, email address, phone number (where you provide one) and delivery address needed to fulfil it. When you join the email list we collect your email address and the source of the signup.
We also record basic, aggregated usage information so we can understand which products and pages are useful.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver orders, to answer enquiries, to handle returns, and — if you have asked us to — to send organization tips and occasional offers.
Who we share it with
We share delivery details with the supplier or carrier fulfilling your order, and payment details with our payment provider when a payment provider is connected. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message. You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
Cookies and storage
Your cart and saved items are kept in your own browser's local storage, not on our servers, so they are available when you return. If analytics are enabled, aggregated usage data is collected without identifying you personally.
