Processing time
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed at the weekend begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the date your order is prepared. Currently shipping within the United States.
Products may ship separately when they come from different suppliers, so one part of an order can arrive before another. You will not be charged extra for split deliveries.
Shipping costs
A flat rate of $6.95 applies to orders under $75. Orders of $75 and above ship free.
The exact shipping cost is always shown in your cart and again at checkout before you place an order.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way, tracking details are sent to the email address you used at checkout.
Missing or delayed orders
If tracking has not updated for several days, or an order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will look into it with the supplier.
