Orders
An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to the address given.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable product taxes where required. Any shipping charge is shown separately before you place an order.
Product information
Dimensions, materials and compatibility details are provided in good faith from supplier information. Please measure your space before ordering, as fit is the most common reason for a return.
Returns and refunds
Returns are handled under our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
